By accessing or using Magic Import, including our website, API, WordPress plugin, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Magic Import is an AI-powered document processing service that extracts structured data from documents and automatically populates form fields. Our service includes web APIs, WordPress plugins, and integrations for various platforms.

3. User Accounts and Registration

  • • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • • Free Plan: 3 documents per month with basic features
  • • Magic Pro: $29/month for unlimited documents and advanced features
  • • Developer Plan: $99/month includes full API access and webhooks
  • • All prices are in USD and billed monthly or annually
  • • Payment is processed through Stripe with industry-standard security
  • • Refunds are provided within 30 days of initial purchase
  • • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Magic Import to:

  • • Process documents containing illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
  • • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • • Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt our systems or infrastructure
  • • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • • Use the service for competitive analysis or to build competing products
  • • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
  • • Process documents containing sensitive personal data without proper authorization

6. Data Processing and Privacy

We process your documents solely to provide our AI extraction service. All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. We do not use your document content to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the requested service. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability and Performance

  • • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • • Processing times may vary based on document complexity and system load
  • • We reserve the right to implement rate limiting to ensure fair usage

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • • Magic Import and all related trademarks are owned by Memory AI Platform
  • • You retain all rights to documents you upload and data you extract
  • • Our service, software, and documentation are protected by copyright and other IP laws
  • • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary software or content

9. WordPress Plugin Terms

  • • The WordPress plugin is provided free with Magic Pro subscriptions
  • • Plugin functionality depends on active API access and license validation
  • • We provide support for the current version and one previous major version
  • • Plugin may be distributed through the WordPress.org repository under GPL license

10. API Usage and Integration

  • • API access requires valid authentication and license key
  • • Rate limits apply to prevent abuse and ensure service quality
  • • You may integrate our API into your applications per these terms
  • • API documentation and support are provided for Developer plan subscribers

11. Limitation of Liability

Magic Import is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Import, Memory AI Platform, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end immediately, but previously downloaded WordPress plugins will continue to function with existing cached data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
